The data loggers are intuitive to use and can be operated without training. The ergonomic PC software and smartphone apps enable convenient, wireless operation and comprehensive evaluations. An export function prepares the data conveniently for transfers. Extensive control functions such as start and stop date, PIN assignment and assessment in different time zones enable flexible use.

The ABS plastic housing of the data loggers is small, robust and discreet. The optimally matched components and smart power management enable battery runtimes of up to 1.5 years, long shelf life and resource-saving multiple use. However, the data loggers are also suitable for one-time use - not least due to the affordable introductory price.

The data loggers are suitable for both sea and air freight and can be used worldwide in multimodal transport. They are easy to configure and install, so that even inexperienced people can easily put them into operation. Transmitting data is just as easy: the data loggers all communicate wirelessly via NFC, and the ASPION G-Log 2 also communicates via BLE, even through outer packaging and transport crates.

By recording shocks, impacts and vibrations or harmful temperature and humidity values with date and time, important details can be determined not only in the event of damage. The data loggers record up to 950 events. Of particular importance here is the detailed progression of shocks at millisecond level per axis, as shown in the examples. This allows for any damaging transport events caused by shock to be determined. Shocks can also be tracked transparently on each axis and direction when testing packaging solutions. This makes packaging optimization very simple.

A shock event is logged with the date, time and the respective height of the individual axis.
